Usage tips :

Perform a massage on the areas of the body to be treated from top to bottom for about 15 minutes then apply again a medium layer of thermo-active cream and cover the entire area with a stretchable film.
Leave on for 30 to 45 minutes, remove the stretch film and let the excess penetrate.
