Business Closure & Final Trading Terms

Final Trading Period
SA Beauty Supplies is in the process of closing. Online trading will continue only while remaining stock is available. Once stock is sold out, no further orders will be accepted.

Orders and Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. While stock levels are updated regularly, availability cannot be guaranteed until an order has been packed.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.

Dispatch Timeframes
Orders placed during the final trading period will be dispatched as soon as practicable. Dispatch timeframes may vary due to reduced operations. Orders placed after Friday 30 January will be processed and dispatched after this date.

Contact and Support
During the final trading period, phone calls may not be monitored. Email remains the preferred method of contact. Response times may be longer than usual due to reduced operating hours.

Returns and Exchanges
SA Beauty Supplies will continue to meet its obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.

Due to the business closure and final clearance period, change-of-mind returns or exchanges may not be accepted, unless required by law.

Gift Vouchers and Store Credits
If applicable, any outstanding gift vouchers or store credits should be redeemed as soon as possible. Gift vouchers and credits will be honoured in accordance with their stated terms and Australian Consumer Law while the business remains operational.

Pricing and Promotions
All prices are as marked on the website. Discounts and promotions offered during the final trading period are final and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Website Availability
The website will remain live while stock is available. Once the business has fully closed, the website may be removed or archived without notice.

Zoya Nail Polish operates as a separate business and is not affected by the closure of SA Beauty Supplies. Orders placed via the Zoya Nail Polish website are governed by its own terms and conditions.
